Stuart McMillan

Stuart is head of Burges Salmon's infrastructure sector group and has extensive experience working for funders, sponsors and public authorities on project and development finance deals in the UK and overseas.  Stuart has acted on the introduction of some of the most innovative financing models in the UK market including the 'aggregator' and 'bank/bond hybrid' models. 

He is qualified in England and Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
