Lorna Ball

Lorna is a highly successful and influential leader on significant international infrastructure projects, providing technical and Public Private Partnership (PPP) advisory expertise. 

She is an internationally acclaimed Chartered Engineer and Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers with over 30 years' experience. 

Lorna leads the Arup PPP Advisory team, located across several UK and European offices. In total her team portfolio comprises over 40 live PPP projects. These projects include Grantor Advisory, Lenders' Technical Advisory, Special Purpose vehicle (SPV) Advisory, Independent Engineer Roles and Operation and Maintenance (O&M) Advisory. 

The portfolio gives her a holistic view of client needs across the PPP market.
