Key milestones for the team in 2023/24 included:

Velindre Cancer Centre, Wales – Sole financial advisor to the ACORN consortium (abrdn / Kajima / Sacyr) in achieving financial close in March 2024 on this landmark £350m new hospital. The project is being delivered under the Mutual Investment Model (MIM) and is set to become one of the most sustainable hospitals in the UK.

Triton Knoll OFTO – Advised Equitix and TEPCO on reaching financial close for the £600m offshore transmission link in December 2023. The financing structure included ECA debt from JBIC, ensuring value for money for UK billpayers.

Seagreen OFTO – Supported Equitix and Kyuden in their successful bid for the £600m offshore transmission link. The consortium was appointed preferred bidder by Ofgem in December 2023, with acquisition completion expected in Q1 2025.

University of Manchester Fallowfield Campus Redevelopment – Lead financial and accounting advisor to the Viridis consortium (Equitix/GRAHAM), which was selected as preferred bidder in July 2024 for a £500m University estate redevelopment. The project will deliver over 3,300 new build student beds, with financial close anticipated in H2 2025.
