In 2024, Capella Capital reached Financial Close for New Melton Hospital in Victoria, Australia. Capella also continued its advisory services to the ACE REZ partnership on the Central West Orana Renewable Energy Zone project, which will be Australia’s largest-ever PPP. This included the successful submission of the project's Initial Revenue Proposal in Q3 2024, a key milestone for the project reaching Contract Close.

2024 also saw Capella raising approximately A$3.6b in debt across several transactions, including New Melton Hospital, as well as refinancing New Bendigo Hospital, Sunshine Coast University Hospital, and the Melbourne Metro Tunnels & Stations Project.
