Elaine Siew

Elaine is CEO of gbpartnerships group and an experienced Board Director in private SMEs and numerous public and private sector partnerships.  She is a dynamic and highly respected individual within the UK PPP industry and has been instrumental in the success of 30+ projects in PFI / NHS LIFT sectors over three decades.  

Elaine has a wealth of Board experience and currently sits on many different Boards, in addition to chairing various sub-committees.  A veteran of leading and resolving tough negotiations despite challenging conditions, she has shown time and again that she has no fear of addressing the problems in the room that no-one else will tackle. 

Her ability to galvanise a team is unquestionable, her efforts to tackle gender diversity levels are a large reason for her success, and her results are unparalleled.  

Elaine has achieved notable sucuss and was recognised in the 2024 Partnerships Awards with the "Leading Women in Infrastructure" award.
