Dr. Amir Nabil is an experienced life cycle costing Technical Advisor with a passion for accurate and well structured data. 

Amir is the Founding Partner at Asseticom, a software company providing asset management and condition surveying services to the PFI industry and across a number of sectors including healthcare, transport, education, blue light and government buildings. He holds a doctorate from UCL and leads on professional services and commercials.
