Kevin Hawkins

An experienced PPP/PFI specialist with over 20 years' experience gained working across a wide variety of social infrastructure projects, both in construction and operations. 

With Kajima Partnerships since 2013, Kevin has undertaken a number of roles across the PPP portfolio, and took overall responsibility for Kajima's SPV management team in 2018. In 2024, Kevin joined the board as Operations Director and Head of Social Infrastructure and now heads up the company's operational and social infrastructure activities, focussed on new PPP business, secondary market acquisitions and overseeing operational asset management across the business and its subsidiaries as well as leading preparations for expiry and handback.
